Have used these last two years and they also just do 20% deposit as there is so many of us going and we all have different tickets, managed to get.
7 day premuim tickets only needed 3 at 156
3 park s/w b/g and aquatica needed 3 at 66 each
and finally 8 flex-ticket plus for 134 each and a deposit of 347 with balance 8 weeks before wat does anyone think.

We'd happily used otd in the past but....this year, when emailing them some very basic direct questions about refunds, based on the 20% deposit offer and making monthly payments, should the holiday be cancelled they blatantly avoided answering the question...I wasn't very impressed and it's put me off using them again!

Sorry you had that feeling Kryten 59 my brother has only just paid his final balance and he asked the girl the sam,e question and he was told that the refund depended on when he cancelled, so if he cancelled before 42 days he would have lost his deposit and then it was on a sliding scale after that. Also she did say that if he could ca
laim off his insurance then they would send out an invoice showing how much fee had been charged and then he could have sent that off.

the only info they'd give me was with respect to the deposit and how much of that would be refunded - that was fair enough - but I'd asked them about 3 times directly, to confirm one way or the other whether anything we'd paid on top of the deposit, in the months leading upto departure - but before the tickets were dispatched - would be refunded...I was concerned about having paid something like £800 towards the overall price of the tickets, finding we couldn't then go, and wanted them to confirm what would be refunded - I can only say that they were evasive...and that's very offputting! A real shame as we'd used them in the past, buying the tickets outright, without any problems...anyway, we'll be using someone else for this year's tickets, most likely ATD or someone similar.

FYI, Orlando Ticket Deals are same company as ATD!!

LOL! I had that thought in the back of my mind...I seem to remember years ago thinking their websites were similar at that time? Oh well, will shop around.
Thanks.

Why don't you have a look at American Attractions
http://www.americanattractions.co.uk/
They seem to have the cheapest deals at the moment.
