Best way to see Castle.....

My friend told me that the most exciting way to see the castle at MK is arriving by boat........
As we have a character breakfast at Mk on our first morning i thought it would be very exciting for DD8 (and me!!)(and the rest of the family) to do this.
I have been looking at transport but can't work out the way to go......
Staying at CBR - bus to DTD- then????

cant help you with directions we arrive by car but i would deffo go for the boat it gives me goosebumps now when i think of the moment my girls got their first glimpse of the castle it was priceless something i will never forget! :spin:

You just need to get a bus to the Ticket & Transportation Centre (TTC), I assuming that busses run to there from the resort. From the TTC you can then catch the ferry to the MK or the monorails to either the MK, MK area hotels or Epcot. If you get the MK bus from CBR it will drop you off outside of MK, missing the ferry ride.

I can't really say to be definate, the buses start about an hour before the parks open and special Character Breakfast Buses run from 20 mins before the first booking. So I would imagine you won't have too much trouble getting there on time.

I don't think the buses run from the resort to TTC, I can't ever remember seeing one. Personally, if you are waiting for the bus and a Magic Kingdom one comes first, then I would get on that. While it is nice to see the castle from the boat, it's more important not to miss your ADR and get off to a frustrating start/
