Putting videos onto Ipods

I've recently downloaded some on-ride videos which I would like to put onto my ipod. How do I do it?

We use macs, and it we have Quick Time, and you can go save these as mp4's and it allows you to 'export' to an ipod!!

The answer above is the most direct, another possible option is if you have itunes (or similar) export to that media player and when you sync your i-pod it will put it on it as it would a pod cast. I also use a mac and i think thats how id do it
