I don't think it will. If you go to a park on the Weds you arrive on site, won't that only take you up to the following Tues :confused2

If you want to go on your first night there and then go in every day after that then no it wont.

Why not go to Downtown Disney on the first night, if you feel you need a taste of Disney when you get there.

we were going to do downtown disney on our last day ( i thought you needed a ticket for there and disneyquest) with some shopping, so i think it will do, if not will just see and buy something there :erm:

thanks x

The 7day ticket has six bonus days which you can use to go to the water parks, DTD and Disney Quest.

I would definitely go with the 7 day ticket and don't visit a park on arrival. You will be very tired, even with an early flight time, and probably a swim and a meal will be all you can manage.

As an example, last year we landed at noon, and were at Disney by 2pm. We had a swim and then I thought it a good idea to head to Epcot, I never never been so knackered or miserable in a Disney park in my life, we slogged our way around a very busy park and in the end we just headed back to our hotel room and went to sleep, it really wasn't worth visiting the park that night at all. In fact, I remember walking into walk to walk people in Epcot, absolutely shattered, and thinking what on earth are we doing here, it really wasn't a memorable start to the holiday (which I am pleased to say improved dramatically after a good night sleep)

The 7 day Premium ticket has additional visits to the water parks, Pleasure Island, DisneyQuest and Wide World of Sports, these don't have to be used on the same days as your main park days so you can actually use the ticket over 14 days. If you do one day with just a water park or DisneyQuest and not a main park then you'll have enough days for a main park on each other day of your 8.

Having said that, we're never really up for a park on our arrival day. By the time you settle into your resort, freshen up and eat, you'll be ready for bed. You could always have a stroll around the Boardwalk or DTD if you are up to it without using any park admission.
