We're travelling in April with my brother (an adult) who uses a wheelchair and I'd be interested to find out views about visiting the water parks and guests in wheelchairs.

Having been to BB and TL before - although my brother hasn't - I'm of the opinion that there may not be much that's accessible to him - and he may just need to spend the day either sitting with the bags - or the most he could do would be to wheel himself into the zero entry pools which wouln't be much fun :confused2

Thanks

what kind of mobilty does your brother have. my son has no mobility so all he could do is go into the big wave pool (not right in) in his wheelchair which I might add he loved. there is wheelchair accessable areas like the lazy pool etc where you can get in with a transfer.

He's in his chair 24/7 - he has Spina Bifida.
Can't walk at all but can transfer to a seat of similar height and can get in and out the car ok.

Not sure about how he'd get into the lazy river - he wouldn't manage any steps.
