near the academy the footage is pretty good, and very cheap :grin:

At the top of Deansgate, near to the junction with Market Street are 'Moon under the Water' (an enormous Witherspoons), next door to that is La Tasca (bit of a poncy wine-bar), and next door to that is The Living Room, (where United players are known to party on their 'nights out').

Behind the Cathedral are a couple of Holts' pubs, the Crown and Anchor and the Mitre, and a few yards up from there is the Shambles, where the Wellington and the other pub are (Sinclairs??). Then across the road from there is the Printworks.
There are dozens and dozens more, but they should keep you going for the first couple of hours...............
