Hi all :wavey:

Have booked the Disney Ultimate tickets through Virgin, do these come in voucher form that need to be collected from the TTC or are they the proper tickets?

If we need to collect them what time does the TTC open as we want to book an early ADR for Crystal Palace on our first morning but dont want to be caught out having to obtain tickets first!!

Thanks :pgig:

We haven't booked tickets through Virgin for a few years, but when we did it was a voucher. As we were staying in a Disney hotel which was also booked though Virgin, the CM at check-in just gave us our room key which also acted as our park ticket. I hope this makes sense.

Hi Jaybeez

This is our first time staying at a Disney hotel :) so never gave that a thought, but will do a little research now.

Thanks for your reply :spin:

Pottermouse - if you're staying at a Disney Hotel your park tickets will be added to your hotel room key when you check-in!
