Hi

Has anyone stayed at the Contemporary? Can't decide whether to upgrade from Pop Century.

Any reviews (good or bad) much appreciated.

Thanks

We stayed at ASMu last year and had a night at contemporary (thats all we could afford!). We stayed in the tower block and had a view of magic kingdom. We watched the fireworks and had a bottle on wine on our balcony (it was DH b'day). Had a meal in california grill too which was lovely. We'd love to stay there again.

We love it there, watching Wishes from your balcony with a glass of wine is heaven IMO.

I would say depends on if you have children or not.

It was always a dream of mine to go there, but after going to the California Grill it put me off ever staying there.

Not just the restaurant but the whole hotel had loads and loads of little ones running all over the place.

Decided it was not the hotel for me anymore.

We love it there as Caron said you can't beat watching Wishes from your balcony with a glass of something cold :cocktail:

We've stayed there a couple of times and I've never noticed loads of kids running all over the place. The concourse area can be busy with Chef Mickeys etc., but when you are in your room you don't notice it at all (and we had a room one floor above the monorail) The pool and beach area is nice and a lot less crowded than the pool at the Poly.
