just had an email saying the best western lake buena vista has had a complete makeover with new bedding, etc... maybe worth taking a look
We were there in October and supposedly got a renovated room as ok but furniture was damaged, bed spread was new but blankets had seen better days. It was till clean etc and they had painted and had new tiles in the bathroom but I think they are exaggerating the makeover slightly.
The Regal Sun Resort has been completly gutted so we are staying there this year fingers crossed it will be ok.

I know someone who just stayed there, and said it wasn't bad. But I like the Hilton a lot, and a lot of people really like the HRP (I haven't stayed there since the renovations, but liked it very much before).
I would stay away from what used to be the Grosvenor.
