Villa Keys

We have booked a villa direct with the owner do they send out the keys to u before u fly or do u have to pick it up somewhere.

You will have to ask the owner. You may have to collect them from the mc, or they may have a lock box outside the villa, or even keyless entry. Each villa is different.

Unfortunately you'll need to contact the owner you have booked with directly.

We all have different arrangements, some have key pick ups, some key coded boxes with keys inside and personally we don't have any keys at all.

Hi.... a lot of owners have a security box on the wall near the front door and the owner will give the guest the code to access the keybox also some have a keypad access to the villa. You will have to speak to the owner to find your particular access instructions...

Different ways, each may do either :-

- send keys to you before you leave.
- have a lockbox (with the keys inside) at the villa, so tell you pin number before you go.
- get you to pick keys up when you arrive in Florida
- do not have keys but pin access locks, again give you the code before you leave.

Best thing to do is confirm with whoever you made your booking with though.

You still have plenty of time to find out. We always send our details out to the guest three weeks before departure. This includes the villa address, telephone number, directions on how to find the villa, maps and the key code :thumbs-up

thanks for ure replies going to e-mail her over the next couple of months to find out. it is just another question that i wanted to ask so i wont panic 2 days before we go going mad about how we are going to get in.
