Hi, It depends what you are shopping for. The LBV Outlets have some very cheap shops but you do need to wade through a lot of tat. The old Belz at the top of I-Drive has been rebuilt as Prime Outlets and is looking lovely. There are loads of discount designer shops there and IMHO will be much nicer than Premium Outlets when all the landscaping is finished.

LBV Factory Stores is on SR535 just South of I4. It's smaller than Premium Outlets but has a few good stores worth visiting. We've always been able to get loads of bargains at the VF Outlet, Big Dogs and Converse but the rest is pretty poor. Make sure you pick up some coupons.
My preference is:
1) Prime (lots of shops, brand new)
2) Premium (lots of shops, bit run down in places)
3) LBV (a reasonable amount of shops, not that great)

LBV is getting better each time we visit - Tommy Hilfiger has openned there now.
Vanity Fair for Wrangler, Lee, Nautica, bras and PJs
Gap, Nine West, Factory Brand Shoes, Old Navy, Nike, Aeropostale, Converse and no queues. I always suggest going there when I know DH and DS just couldn't cope with more that an hour and half worth of shopping - and I can still get my fix.
Having read that Premium Outlets have bought the Dixie Stampede site and re planning on extending does anyone know the schedules for this?

It's already undergoing a 30 shop expansion due to finish in Nov and they are keeping the next expansion pretty much close to their chests at the moments, no news that I've heard.
