Last summer Once Upon A Toy in DTD ahd plastic Mr Potato Head cases to fill @ $50. These stand at 14 inches high and hold loads. Didn't stop us filling two though and that was just parts, no potatoes. :D

All the parts in the above photo fit COMFORTABLY. With careful packing you can get a good bit more than this in!!!!

My DD got one from MK amd one from The World Of Disney in DTD - the Cast Member at the cash desk there was fantastic she showed us how to stuff the head then the box so we could get loads of parts - she even threw in some extra's. My DD now got a toy box full-there fun for grown ups too :tounge:

My youngest DS loved filling his box at The World Of Disney in DTD! It cost $19.00 and the staff were great at helping to fit more in the box lol.:pgig:

I've been after a Mr Potato Head for years  and on our recent trip DH bought me a Storm Trooper and a box of bits! DD and i spent about 45 minutes choosing parts and cramming them into the box! We managed to fill it with 26 bits, which we thought was quite good!

DH took our youngest DD to DTD for a box of parts last week. The individual parts were $2 each but he got a box for $19 and managed to cram in about 40 pieces. Great value.
He came back with a full set of 'Darth Tater' and the 'Incredataters' plus a Mickey and Goofy. For a 2 year old girl you say dear? Yeah Right!

An off-duty CM did the same for me in DTD. She put a layer of stuff in the bottom, filled the potato and them showed me how to stuff the rest of the stuff around it.

i had the best time filling my plastic potato head - one of the cms was such a lovely lady - she helped me get as much in as possible...do the bits change or is it just a case of trying to collect them all?

No you're fine! I was discussing the fact that, when I was young, you only got the parts and used a real potato. Having said that, it was great because you didn't have to use the pre-drilled holes and could make some funny characters!!! :o:
My grandchildren looked at me as though I was crazy. As if. :nonono:
