where to redeam coupons in malls for discount booklets

can anyone tell me exactly where you redeam the coupons in the .........

Florida mall
Prime outlets
premium outlets

in all our visits we have never used the voucher books, do they really give good savings? might give it a go this time:grin:

in the florida mall we went through jcpenneys and kept walking until we came to a round customer services counter... they saw me coming and had the booklet out ready for us

You collect the vouchers in guest services, usually the only restriction is that locals are not allowed them, your accent will suffice, or that tourist complexion. :)

You hand over the individual vouchers in the shops.

There's a lot of places on the 192 or I drive, tourist information and ticket booths giving away free papers with lots of vouchers. A lot will be similar to those you get in the Mall but not all.

In Premium Outlets there is a customer service section in the middle of the food hall. If you take the printout from the internet they swap it for a voucher book. It normally has 5%-20% offers in from what I can remember. Each shop just signs to say that you have used the voucher in their store. Not all of the stores take part but quite a lot of them do:- French Connection, Calvin Klein, Ecko, perfume shop.

Definently worth collecting ,we spent $170 dollars in the converse store and han a 10% coupon ,well worth getting them
