Disney tickets myw don't seem to differ much in price between sellers. We are only planning on visting 3 Disney parks plus waterparks for same amount of days this year so tickets are working out quite expensive for just 3/4 day passes. Am I better off to buy the more expensive 10 day NON expiry ticket for this trip and save other unused days for future trips. Cheers for advice.

That's exactly what we've just done. The 10 day MYW with water parks & fun option will last us 2 or 3 trips, so quite good value.
Also means I have an assurance of going back again ;)

We bought these a couple of years ago
first trip we used 5 Disney days + 1 water park day (some used 2)
second trip we used 3 Disney days + 1 water park day
last trip we used 1 Disney day
.. so we still have 1 day + at least 3 water park vists left each :)
Definitely worked out cheaper for us

Ours also lasted 3 trips so they proved to be a great saving overall for us.

Is it cheaper to buy the expiry 10 day ticket then pay at guest servcies to change any unused days into non expiry??
I can't make my mind up which way to do it. The 10 day ticket is almost the same price as a 6 day so I feel as though i may as well buy the 10 day and upgrade the unused days.
Does anyone know how much it is to upgrade the unused days

You have to pay to upgrade the number of days on the original ticket not the number of unused days left I'm afraid and it's cheaper to buy non expiry tix beforehand rather than at guest services, that is if you buy a ticket from a broker like say ticketmania.
Hope that helps

Just gone for this option with Mapleleaf tickets to collect in person as they are close to where we are staying. Not long now, counting final days down.

For a 10 day ticket upgrading to non-expiry costs $180+tax, its $65 +tax for the upgrade on a 6 day ticket.
It's the same whether you purchase non-expiry with the ticket or add it on later.

Thanks for this, I'll just have to work out if it's worth the outlay now for the non expiry 10 day ticket.
