Hi we are looking at 3 week tickets for Disney and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the cheapest deals are at the moment.

Just purchased ours from Mercury Travel, I did have a good look around and they seemed to be the best price. The service has been excellent and they were recommended by a number of people on the Dibb

I'm assuming you are staying offsite, sorry if that's not correct, along with the 21 day tickets it may be worth looking at getting even 1 AP, you'd save on the parking alone and any other discounts would be a bonus.

how much would an annual pass cost?

got ours from americanattractions.co.uk last year no problems real tickets and were the cheapest when we looked,

currently £179 although they also take £5 off when you get to checkout if you spend £400+

About Anual Passes:

There are 2 types:
Anual Pass $477.12 / about 241 GBP
Premium Anual Pass $616.64 / about 311 GBP

The difference between them is that with Anual pass you have only access to the 4 major parks (park hop allowed) and the premium anual pass includes water parks, disney quest, ...

The benefits of having an anual pass is parking (its free at all parks), 10% off merchandise, discounts at special events (P&PP, MNSSHP, MVMCP), 15% off tours and you are also entitled to purchase the Disney Dining Experience Card (costs 65$) that gives you 20% all food and beverages at many restaurants. Got our 21 day ultimates from Orlando Ticket Deals before I knew about the annual passes. Think I would be tempted to buy 1 ultimate and 1 annual pass as the cost of car parking would ensure it pays for itself but only if like us you are offsite.
