OK, there's me - 33, not a thrill seeker, but love all the 'magic'.
Hubby, 34, loves the thrills.
DS, 6 1/2 years, along for the ride, just wants to see 'the REAL Lightning McQueen'.
DD 4 1/2 years, thrill seeker in a small package. Up for anything, but too short for everything (princess on the quiet, but don't tell her I told you!!)
We're going on 30th March and arriving at 5.30ish local time, so that day will be spent just arriving and going to the hotel.
I've used those lists of busy days to plan the following, but I know that - since we're going in the holidays - every day will be busy!!
Sun Hollywood Studios
Mon EPCOT
Tues Typhoon Lagoon
Wed Sea World
Thurs Aquatica
Fri Magic Kingdom
Sat Animal Kingdom
Sun Free day (making our way to Cocoa Beach and staying there)
Mon Kennedy Space Centre
Tues Blizzard Beach
Wed Magic Kingdom
Thurs Islands of Adventure
Fri Universal Studios
Sat flight home at 5.30pm. (Might just squeeze in a park visit AM!)
Haven't managed to squeeze in Wet & Wild, but we've got plenty of other watery fun added. I've tried to keep it to park day followed by pool day, because we won't spend all day at a water park and it would be a half day's rest/shopping/extra park visit for something we've missed.
Do you think I'll be able to keep away from MK until the Friday??!! Thought that would be the best day to go because it's supposed to be quieter and I'm expecting Animal Kingdom the next day to be a 'seeing rather that doing' kind of place. The only place that's got an official 2nd visit planned is MK, I'm hoping we'll be able to do the others in a day each because we won't be going on many of the 'big rides'.
Having the trip to Cocoa Beach mid-holiday should give us a breather because we'll have a beach day on the sunday before going to Kennedy on the Monday.
Any tips you can offer? Am I kidding myself that we can do all this?
I'm usually really good at trip planning, but I'm so nervous about this one!! LOL. I'm going with an open mind. I want it to be FUN first and foremost and the kids are still young, so we'll be taking it all at their pace. I just want to get the planning as good as I can, so that we can realy enjoy the trip. I find that planning really can make all the difference.
