I quite like the idea of buying my tickets over the counter in a disney shop. There is one in Cardiff, has anyone bought tickets from a shop? Do you need to order or do they keep some in stock?

Ohhhh do they still do Disney tickets? For some reason I thought they stopped selling them...we bought out first ever tickets 12 years ago from the Disney store in Glasgow

A few years since I priced them up in a Disney store but they were about £20/ticket dearer than other places online. No idea if they still sell them.

Yes they still sell them. we got them there in 2006 and have been getting prices whenever passing for this years holiday.

The Dundee & Edinburgh Gyle stores do not keep too much stock but will get them for you if you order.

Yeah they definately still sell them, I passed ours last night and it had a sign outside saying "Buy Your Disney Park Tickets Here". We got the prices for the last year and I think they do work out more expensive than say ATD or Mercury, but if you prefer buying them over the counter the option is there.

Not all Disney Stores hold stock of all the UK tickets types, but all of the bigger ones (such as Cardiff) do. Might be worth a quick call to them first to check that they've got what you need before you make a special journey.

As has been said, Disney Stores generally sell tickets at the Disney UK list price. You can get cheaper prices via mail-order or over the net, rather than buying over the counter, but that's life in general these days! :)

They are quite a bit more expensive than buying them over the internet, Disney quote £175 / £155 for 14 day and Florida Tix £164/£144 so around £11 per ticket savings which is not to be sniffed at.
