Hello

Does anyone watch Friends??? Or basically any US programs....

When they get a chinese take out, they always seem to be in little cartons. Not like the plastic or foil containers we get here.

Is there anywhere in Orlando that you know of where we can get a nice chinese take away that comes in box type cartons?

Thanks
Laura

We got a chinese takeaway delivered to our villa and it came in the little boxes. Sorry can't remember the name of the takeaway but it was nice :tounge:

OMG, it's not just ME!!! Doesn't it always look so delicious when they eat it with chopsticks from those boxes? Top of our wish list for dining experiences is chinese food in boxes when we go in April.

Isn't it funny, the things you look forward to?

We stayed at Higlands Reserve and the Chinese Take out there did it in these boxes (well the rice anyway!).

The chinese in Ak used these boxes too I think and you could definatley buy a little cool bag version of the box in the shop, I picked it up as I thought it was cute (not too practical though!).

We usually get a Take-Away from Chinese To Go, which is on the US27. A little too far from I Drive I'm afraid but they do serve in the boxes as most do.
We'll be there again in April.

This is sooooooooo bizarre. I always say to my husband that we must have a Chinese take away one year because I want to eat them from little carboard boxes :d: :d: . It must be a Brit thing!!! How strange are we?? :pgig: :pgig: I wonder if Americans see out programmes and want to eat a take away from a foil dish!!!!!!LOL :pgig: :pgig:

I don't know what it is about them, they're just so appealing!!

Maybe they want Fish and Chips from paper!! They don't even do F & C's out there do they!?

Just as a note every single thing comes with rice! So if you order a few different things you get rice coming out of your ears!

We are staying offsite in a condo and the first thing my DD14 requested was a chinese take-away in the little boxes

We found that a lot of places served the main dishes in plastic tupperware type containers as well - but the rice and noodles came in the little cardboard boxes!
