Booked ours today,rang at 12 midday got through first time within 1 min and best of all got dates and times we want for meals.What a great service and all topped off with HAVE A NICE DAY just to get you in the mood !!!!

Yes, the Disney experience seems to start as soon as you have contact with them - it always is so nice to hear people be polite on the phone. My operator who took my ADR's was so great and thanked me for my call and wished me lots of pixie dust!!!! He also said how much fun we would have at WDW.....it made me beam all day! :wavey: :wavey:
