Booking adr's Help

Hi I will be booking my ADR'S on Friday. I'm on the Free dining plan.do I need to say this on the phone. Sorry I'm a bit nervous about phoning up!! :confused2

They are very helpful, they ask you if you are staying on-site, so they may ask you then!

I phoned up this morning, the operators are friendly and I think they asked me if I was on the free dining plan (I'm not so can't be sure). The impression I got is that they are happy to spend any amount of time to get things right for you. The phone delay is a bit off putting though, but I might just have had a bad line. IF you use the telecast (i think its called that) number, its 1p a minute. I was on hold for four mins. Don't worry about inputting you phone number correctly on the automated system that starts everything off, you'll get to an operator if make an error.

Just tell them, and if its relevant, they will log it accordingly. they really are friendly, and try their best to help.

I phoned this morning as well. They asked me if I was on the Dining Plan and which resort I was staying at. They also asked for my name and a contact telephone no. You can either give your mobile no. or home phone no. minus the first '0'.

Good Luck, hope you get all you want. I made 10 ADRs and it took just less than 20 minutes.

from what I can remember from last year, I booked CRT during my 'plus 10 days' There are only so many time slots available to make then and they release more at 180 days I think.

I don't know about RF, is that Rain Forest?
