Hmmmm, the bloomin onion does sometimes have a tendency to be a little undercooked and is therefore inedible. I have had to send it back a few times at Wild Jacks and Outback.

The Onion loaf at Tony Roma's however is amazing. It doesn't look as pretty as the bloomin version but it is far nicer to eat. Great dip as well.

I sometimes however believe that good old fashioned onion rings are the best option. The starter portion at Chicago Pizzeria Uno are amazing...just don't order a big main to go with it.

Best onion rings in the world? Harley Davidson Cafe Las Vegas...or Tesco Finest Beer Battered (to die for :tounge: :tounge: ).

Tony Roma's is definitely better than the Outback version (even though it's the original) - not as greasy and the suace a little less spicy.

I haven't (yet) tried the onion rings at Bahama Breeze but they did look good- but you'd need to share! :tounge:

I also love the onion loaf at Tony Romas.

The best onion rings I have tasted in the UK were at Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester.

Delish!!

What is the dipping sauce at Tony Romas? It looks like thousand island eww.. I like spicy ..

though I haven't had one for years and years (too big imo) I remember having my first at a Black Angus on 192 (closed down now I believe) and that was seriously yummy. washed down with a beer in a glass cowboy boot

I have a kitchen gadget that cuts an onion in a special way so that you can make your own at home. Its a very difficult thing to cook and get right !!. I gave up.
