well guess wot they visted me today and i don,t know what i was panicking .every thing went fine and was told they will let me know the outcome in the next few weeks fingers crossed then :)

glad it went okay. we earn to much these days to get any help, but years ago they were a god send with the help they gave us.

They are really nice to deal with. We have just had our 2nd claim through. Ashley has been given £400 for golf tuition fees, and to buy a new battery for his laptop and towards computer games. I sent them a thank you letter last week as I think we are so fortunate in him getting these things. I know a lot of people ask for more practical things but we are OK in that respect, its more for his socialising needs and hobbies in our case. They said they could buy us a holiday to give us as a family a treat but as we have our own folding camper and do self catering we declined the offer, I'm sure there are plenty of people who need that break more than us.
