The rule is you can book your meals 180 days in advance, but as your staying at a Disney resort you can book for 10 days at the 180 mark. So if you called know you could book meals during about the first two weeks of your holiday. I think you'll need your Disney Booking Reference though to be able to book the +10 days, I'm not sure though. Somebody else should be able to confirm this though.

When I booked my ADR's I didn't have my booking reference for my Disney hotel as I had booked through a travel agent. Luckily the lady took the details of my stay and who I had booked with and then let me book for the first 10 days of my holiday. This doesn't work for everyone though, it depends on who you get through to on the telephone.

No problem. There was a thread a while back where people had tried to get their Disney booking reference numbers from their travel agents, but I don't think anyone had managed to do it.

I telephoned at 12 on the 180 days and got through straight away and the lady I spoke to was lovely.

Don't worry about it - just remember that it may not be possible to get your exact ideal time so be prepared to be a little bit flexible.

The cast members I spoke to when making my ADRs (and subsequent changes!!) last year were all fantastic - nothing was too much trouble.

By the way, try using one of the low-rate (1p/minute) numbers to call - I used 0844 861 5757 then the ADR Number 001 407 939 3463.

Hi Tony, thanks for the numbers - do you need to register before using the 1st number or do you just ring that, then the Disney number?

Louisa, no you dont need to register. I tried it today. Just ring the number listen and it will then tell you to dial the other number follow by hash key! Goodluck.
