mmmmm Charleys... I'll be there on Thursday night :D
no menu I'm afraid CHARLEYS (http://www.charleyssteakhouse.com/) the Orange Blosson Trail branch is the original and best (non tourist). For me the best steak ever, been eating there every year since the early 80s.
TONYS (http://www.tonyromas.com/) another good choice, reasonably consistant for a large chain though we've found the service hit or miss some times.
My fave for quality ribs DAMONS (http://www.damons.com/) though service has often been poor, the quality of the ribs has been excellent.

Thanks Fatman have a great trip
Tony Romas is a must - although I do agree about the service being a bit unpredictable.
Be prepared though - each time we've been we come home with jars of their sauce. This has to be the best barbecue sauce you've tasted!!

I'd go with the Fatman and vote for Charley's. Superb steaks!!!!!!!
We loved Tony Roma's, and also came home with 4 different bottles of their BBQ sauce, yum!
Scrump x
We've been to Damons and Tona Romas loads of thime and i highly recommend the both, Damons seervice is poor but Tony Romas is excellent. We had to wait an hour for our food so the manager came down and apologised and gave us free 4 bottles of sauce! BUT DAMONS on I-DRIVE has closed and i'm not sure where the other one is.
