Yes it does via an ethernet cable. I think it was $9.95 per 24 hours.:)

Exactly right. You pay per 24 hours so you could use it one evening and the next morning for $9.95. You don't need to have it for your whole stay. It's not fast but adequate for emails and web surfing.
