anyone stayed at marriott suites clearwater or sheraton

Has anyone stayed in the marriott suites clearwater ? lots of info and pics would be fab xx

or the sheraton sand key clearwater ?

I really need to pick one to stay in may

We've stayed in both :grin:

Tough choice, but my first choice would be to go with the Marriott Suites because of the amazing views over the indland waterway (you see more wildlife in the intercoastal waterways than the gulf), the size of the rooms and the lovely pool.

Whilst the Sheraton is right there on the beach, the Marriott is literally over the road and it's a 3-4 mins walk through the Sheraton's grounds, or they offer a little trolley bus to the beach further down if you can't walk.

They're both in a great position outside of Clearwater, there's a regular trolley bus that takes you into Clearwater (although it didn't run after 9pm when we were last there). There is a boardwalk from the Marriott that takes you along to a little mall with gift shops, great chinese restaurant, Italian and an amazing little deli :d:

also whats the childrens facilities like ? is the childs pool seprate from the mai pool ?

We stayed at the Marriott and had a fantastic time.

They had film evenings around the pool for the kids, so we could have a quite drink. we also hired a Cabana for the day and the boys loved this.
