We didn't eat much on I Drive but my neighbour who went about 6mths ago said that Bahama Breeze was great. Its certainly on our list, but seemingly you need to go early as the queues can be lengthy

Yes, go early to Bahama Breeze. Great atmosphere there.
DH says don't miss Darryl's.
Others well up our list would be:
Cafe Tu Tu Tango
Don Pablos
TGI Friday's on Carrier Drive (not Friday's Front Row)
Race Rock

Mind you, we were there in summer 2001, so things may have changed a bit.
For a list of restaurants you could look at
www.iridetrolley.com
Click on "International Drive Resort Area Business Directory" and then select "Dining"
You'll get a huge list of all the eateries on I drive together with their telephone numbers. That should hopefully jog your memory!
Cheers,

Bahama Breeze definitely - we went there twice. You have to have the onion rings, but you might not have room for much more afterwards!!

Don't worry about it being busy - they hand out pagers and you can go and have a drink in the bar while you wait for your table. You can get appetizers in the bar area too.

Pizzeria Uno Chicago Bar and Grille. Wonderful pizzas, steaks, fajitas, and pizza skins - deep pan pizza base loaded with garlic mashed potato, bacon and cheese - yummy.

Also Dan Marinos town tavern at Pointe Orlando. Fabulous menu, and lovely cocktails.

Another vote here for Dan Marino's, we still have the big glass we got from there. We also enjoyed Chili's a bit further up I-Drive, the rib-eye steak was to die for :)

Tony Romas, Fabulous!!! Everybody in our party ate the lot! Don Pablos mexican, Fajitas made freshly on-site, Dancing Waiters! it looks like a real mexican tavern. I was also going to suggest Damons but it has now closed.

My favourites where Wild Jacks and Chilis . Wild Jacks does great steaks and is about mid range price wise where as chilis was great food at great value. we had ribbs and steak, chips , corn, 4 drinks and it came in at $32. Same kinda meal in Wild Jacks came in at $60. Both great places if you dont want to go to posh

Depends what you are looking for!!!

My favourite for an evening meal has to be Darryls! It has superb ambience and the menu is second to none, but then again that can go for most places on I Drive.

I will add my vote for Bahama Breeze. There is something for all tastes and the cocktails are amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and they often have live music too. Chillis is also good.

Depends what you want and for a really great meal that's not too heavy I love Sweet Tomato.

There is a fantastic salad bar plus all you can eat fresh cooked pasta dishes - homemade soup - or pizza YUM YUM

If you have just won the lottery try Ronnies,

I have looked longingly at this place several times and decided to give it a go, Knew it was a mistake when the chauffer driven Rolls pulled up outside as we entered!!

Had a meal for four Adults on the Terrace. No wine just a beer each, Usual stuff, big steaks etc, only one desert (Me!)

Total cost £185 (yes thats pounds!! dollar rate at the time was $1.36) AND they added a 18% tip to the 185, bringing it to around £220
Dont get me wrong it was nice but it wasnt worth three or four times what Wild Jacks would have charged us for the same meal
