Bella Vida villa community

We have finally booked our villa for October, with a Dibb villa owner, no less. :grin:

The community is a fairly new one - Google Earth, etc., still has a building site! It's located just off the 192, round the back of Medieval Times. This isn't an area we've stayed in before, so I just wondered if anyone had any tips or suggestions for our stay! :)

Its a brilliant area very close to Walmart and all that central 192 has to offer. Very near to Disney and easy access to I4 for US and Seaworld.

We have also booked a villa in Bella Vida in October. But we booked before I found "the dibb" on the web. Looking forward to reading any reports about this gated community. We've stayed at the Terra Verde gated community in 2004 & 2006 and saw the start of the constuction at Bella Vida. Google Earth does still show much of it as a building site but you can find villa websites with outside panoramic views showing some parts construction complete.
