As my DD Lexy and I, have been bitten by the ice skating bug. We were just wondering if anyone knew of any ice skating rinks open all year round in orlando. Thanks :cool2: :spin: :pgig:

There is an Ice Rink on Canada Drive in the Dowdy Pavillion next to the bowling alley.Canada Drive runs parallel to I drive and the easiest way to to find it is to go to TGI Fridays in I Drive and it is just around the corner. It shut a few years ago but it has recently re opened. We are into ice skating and are looking to go there when we go this year , also we want to buy some skates over there
There is a large Ice Rink in Kissimme http://www.icefactory.com our kids love it and it is very reasonable, last year it was $9 for as long as you wanted and skate hire.

The ICE DEN (http://www.mvpsportsclubs.com/rdvsportsplex/iceden-public.asp) in Maitland (which is less than 5 minutes off of I-4) is a popular place to skate. When we had the hockey team here it was their practice center. They offer skate rental and they also have a small snack bar. Take a look at the website for skate times and rental pricing.
