I would say yes we have taken our kids when they were younger than this. There are a few rides that are not suitable but there is plenty that is i.e

Playhouse disney
Little Mermaid
Muppets
Back Stage tour
Indiana Jones
Parade
Loads of Characters
Playground
Toy Story area with Characters and Resturaunt

I'd say YES too
DD was 2 1/2 when we first went and 4 the second time and all the things Nikki has mentioned plus HSM and the whole themeing of the park DD just loved it, there are little 'secrets' dotted around too ie.. the key under the mat in The Muppets show and DD was so pleased to find it ;) pulling the rope outside Indiana Jones that said DO not PULL ;)

ds was only just over 1 when we went and he loved all of it he got a bit restless during some of the shows (the ones around his nap time) but I would think a 3 yr old would be fine. And dont forget the Honey I shrunk the kids playground thats worth a visit or 2 during the day to give the kids a chance to run wild

The area is near the Muppets and right next to the Pizza Planet resturaunt. It is an area with Toy Story backgrounds and it is where you will find a few characters i.e Buzz , Woody ,Toy soldiers and you can meet them and have your photo taken

Thats cool thanks for that, she would so love to meet buzz and woody, do they have times at the entrance to the park when the characters are going to be out and about

As you go through the gate there is a kiosk ,where you can get the character times .If you like pizza it might be worth going to pizza planet for lunch

Does she watch Playhouse Disney - if so she'll enjoy Playhouse Disney Live with My Friends Tigger & Pooh, Little Einsteins and Handy Manny.

We took our DS when he was just 2and a half and we all had fun. Still plenty for him to see. We went on Star Tours and the guys there were really good and told us to hang around after our child swap and they did the ride - not in motion, which was good, so me and DH were on it a few times in about 30 mins

We took our twins last year aged 22 months and they were fine, they loved meeting the Little Einsteins characters in the park and also having lunch at Play n dine at Hollywood n Vine with the Little Einstein characters. Playhouse Disney show was great too and the characters have all changed for this year so it'll be great to go again.
They both sat well on our knees for the shows and even wore the glasses for the Muppets but I'm not sure they realised what they did!!!
