Two villas required, close to each other

A friend of mine is visiting Florida in October 2008 with her family and her sister's family and, for various reasons, they'd like two separate villas. They want to be close to each other, ie. next door or across the street. They need at least 3 bedrooms each and a games room, and would prefer somewhere with a central clubhouse and/or a restaurant close by.

Any suggestions about how she could go about finding these villas? Does anyone on here own two villas close to each other? :)

We own a 6 bed on Sunset Lakes and SharonT has a 4 bed opposite us!! Sunset Lakes has community park and swimming pool as well as beautiful lakes. We both have private pools & games rooms! There are three Dibb owners with villas on Bellavida, Paul and Amanda have a town home up near the clubhouse (4 bed), then walking down past the clubhouse ours is on the left, then Dave and Kirstin have a 6 bed which is about 300 yards further down on the right.

Im afraid ours is fully booked for this year, but you might want to have a look in the new Dibb villa search as you can now select Bellavida as a search option.

If the two villas are separate and another nearby resort is ok, you might want to look at Lake Berkley as well as that is just behind Bellavida, exactly 1 mile gate to gate.

Lake Berkley is next door to Bella Vida. There is another villa next-door but one to us which is a dibb villa. We are a five bed so maybe too big for your friends. The other villa has three bedrooms.
