Hi there

I bought the Unofficial Guide to WDW in the shops, expecting to have free access to the touring plans dot com website, but they want more money from me. Now this is only about £4, but is it necessary to pay. Do people share their IDs?

Basically we will be going in March for a week with a 3 and a 7½ yr old.

Should I stump up, or do people here have itineraries that they have used successfully in the past that they would like to share?

many thanks
Ed

Exactly what was it you wanted off touringplans ? I use their crowd calendar - though they have cut down on how far in advance you can access it, most of the busy/quiet days stay the same, with exceptions of special events, so you can get a reasonable idea of the quietest days to visit. I haven't bothered with the park touring itineraries in unofficial guide, I think as long as you are aware of which rides build the longest queues, quickest, and make good use of fast pass, then you'll be ok following your own itinerary.

Hi there

Welcome to the DIBB :wavey:

As you are only going for a week I would suggest you put together a quick plan, post it on here and then listen to the advice from the other Dibbers.

Basically what I do is look at the busy day guide and avoid the parks that have an extra magic hour unless of course you are staying on site.

What kind of tickets do you have? Do you intend to do the other parks e.g. Universal, Seaworld etc or just concentrate on Disney.

Are you booking any character meals etc etc.........

Phew !!! How much was that touring plan..... Just finished mine but not posted it here yet.

We have a 7 day premium pass and intend to go to one of the parks most mornings, then have some lunch, a nap,a swim and return to another, or perhaps the same one for the parade and fireworks etc. Our boys are boys and three.

I dont know if we'll bother with character meals, they'd be wasted on at least three of us.

Cheers

Hi Ed

If you provide the exact date I'll throw together a rough programme for you based on busy days etc.

Are you staying in a Disney property as this will entitle you to extra magic hours?

Decorating at the moment so looking for excuses to avoid it!!!!

Don't tell DW though :d:
