I'd like to know this too.
Is it worth a visit at night or is it best to stick to Pleasure Island.
How much are the clubs to get in (on city Walk, our passes cover PI)

Thanks

City Walk is really good. Good atmosphere and the resturants, clubs and bars a really well themed.

You have use and entry of all of these as part of the flexi ticket. And of course it is free to browse.

We probably are not doing Universal this time and wont be getting a flexi ticket only a day ticket if we find we want to go.
So would we then have to pay to get in the clubs?

What are the best ones to go to and how much?

This link might give you some idea of what goes on, some of it is relevant to the time of year you're there.

We went in November 2006 and it was good at weekends but was dead in the week. We went to most of the clubs and enjoyed Bob Marleys especially as they had a live band on and the music was great. One of the nicest things we liked to do was sit beside the lake opposite the Hard Rock cafe with a drink watching the boats go to and from the Universal hotels and just chilling. It's such at nice place to just sit and have a drink at night, we loved it :)

Hi guys,
It depends on what you want. I think that it's great at night with the bars and atmosphere, similar to Pleasure Island in ways. I am not sure what happens during the day as we did not really spend too much time around CW then. Going this year (see thread from a couple of days ago) and am looking forward to CW being our first evening out.

My friend and i went to the Motown cafe the 1st time we visited Orlando, our hubbys paid for a limo to pick us up and take us there and bring us back, it was surprise for us and we had a great time, it is a great atmosphere down there at night.

Hi Matt

Sorry can't help as not done City Walk at night.

But just wanted to post as we have the same countdown!!

Pleasure Island is part of Disney and is located near where the Downtown Disney shops are. They have some dance clubs there and some comedy clubs. Worth a visit definitely. Again admission will be included within your Disney pass I think.
