Having recieved our flex tickets for our forthcoming trip I notice when reading the small print that photo ID is required along with the signing of your name.
Does anyone know if this photo id part is enforced i.e. do we need to carry the whole groups passports around each time we visit a park ? even for the children.
The last time we went I don't remember having to show any ID have things changed ?

Do you have the tickets or vouchers? If you have vouchers then you may need some type of id.
On our August holiday we had the actual tickets so didn't need to redeem vouchers, I can't remember being asked for photo id but just in case you are you could always get one of the new driving licences. We would never carry around all the passports thats for sure.

It says on back of tickets that Photo ID will be required. In practice though I have never been asked .... best to take photo id just in case, it's bound to happen to me eventually.

We have actual tickets, not vouchers,
Does anybody know, can they be signed now or do they have to be signed when first used ie in front of universal staff ?
I would have thought that if I were to take my photo Driving licence then that would suffice for the DW and kids.

You can sign them now if you wish, if they check they'll just check your signature that you sign on their sheet of paper at the entrance.
I wouldn't worry about it.
We have only ever been asked once for photo ID with the flex ticket and that was at Seaworld. My photo driving license was sufficient.

Last year we had to sign ours at the gate at universal and we showed id both at Busch Gardens and IOA when asked. We had to sign a sheet of paper each time we used it but showed our photo driving license when asked for id.
