Villa July/August 09

Hi, although there is only 3 of us, me, the wife and daughter who will be 10 by next summer, we are interested in possibly going for a villa this time round rather than hotel which we've done in the past.

The only thing that has put us off a Villa previously is that we like a nice size pool for having a swim in during our downtime and from what I can see on the photos, whilst the villas all seem beautiful the pools seem a bit on the small side. Maybe its because they usually have the mozzy screens (is this what these surrounds are or is it just a security thing, i.e gators!!) around them that makes them look a bit enclosed. Anyway, if anyone has a villa with either a bigger pool or access to a bigger pool, i.e. communal or likewise, then we'd be very interested in finding out more about it.

We have a villa on Sunset Lakes which has a community pool and playground area plus 3 lakes. Our villa has its own private pool which is around 30 foot. We are south facing (which means the sun all day) the screens are for insects, etc., and really once you have been poolside for half an hour or so you don't even notice them!! We overlook woodlands and so the evenings provide us with the entertainment of racoons, armadillo's and possums, which are probably best on the outside of the screens!!
