Have just been on the phone for over 20 mins to Disney dining - wanted to add 3 people to our Teppanyaki booking and take 3 people of our Crystal Palace booking. After being on hold on and off for 20 mins, being asked to repeat myself 5 million times (and I don;t have a strong accent!) I had to hang up because I was getting nowhere. What's happened to them? The service used to be so good?

They couldn't do the Teppanyaki booking anyway, so I was on hold for over 5 minutes waiting for her to change the Crystal Palace booking from 6 to 3 people (how difficult can it be) so I thought s*d it I'm gonna turn up on the day 3 people short!

I've had problems also. Many do not have the Disney spirit, do not seem to know what they are doing(1 hour for 6 reservations!!) and they all seem to have conflicting ideas as to when you can book your ADR :confused2 s

DDs are having same problems, one disney person hung up on DD2 after telling her it wasn't 180 days to the date they wanted, (it was 177) .
I rang last night to book CRT for DD1, had no problem at all, must have only been on the line 3 minutes.
seems to be the luck of the draw, you either get someone who knows what they are doing or someone who isn't interested, not up to the usual disney standard.

Does WDW use an outside company to handle their ADRs?
