Hi everyone,
Ok here's the problem, I'm normally quite a confident person but for some reason, I keep putting off booking ADR's. I would like to do Chef Micky's, the restraunt at the animal kingom lodge (I've heard there are two and want the 'special occasion' one) and also the rainforest cafe, just outside animal kindom as I've read on this site that its better than the one at down town disney.
If anyone could give me any tips or just tell me to get on with it you wimp it would be appreciated.

The CMs are lovely and very helpful, they will guide you through the process. The hardest part is getting through in the first place so hope you're lucky with that. It helps to have the dates and times you want written down in front of you and also a second choice just in case. You'll also need to make a note of the confirmation number they give you.
Just go for it, it will help to make it all seem much closer!

Thank you and Grumpy's wife. I could so easily have had your user name. My grumpy is refusing to have anything to do with all this until we get out there.

As someone else has said just write down what you'd like so you are organised and then go for it. The CM's are mostly very friendly and the one's I booked with told me the nearest times they had if the time I wanted wasn't available. You'll be fine and wonder what you were so worried about. :)

Last year was the first time I had ever booked ADRs so didn't really know what to do or expect, the CM I got was brill, he guided me through everything and was so patience with me, couldn't get a couple of places I wanted so he made alternatives, go for it, it makes it more real.

Remember, they do speak english it's not like you're speaking a foreign language. Getting through is the pain listing to the option of whetehr this is your first trip etc.... But don't be put off.
I've always had a really good experience with the CM's and found if you don't ADR Chef Mickey's then you might not get in when you're there. We really struggled last year as we hadn't booked.
