How do I get my name 'Glittering' at the bottom of my posts?

Hi I have seen a number or Dibbers who seem to have their names at the bottom of their posts! It looks grea so I was wondering how to do it myself as I can't seem to find it in my profile?

Hi go in the search box at the top and type in glitter signature, I have just checked this for you :thumbs-up
