hi again,
Just a quick question, when you stay on disney property, where do you usually eat breakfast, on site or at another restaurant ie travel to 192 for ponderosa , dennys etc.?
Cheers lee
We take Weetabix and eat in our room, no time for long breakfasts, have to be in parks for opening!!

We came off site and went to the golden corral on the 192, take oseola parkway to animal kingdom lodge, turn left at the lights, onto sherbeth, go to next set of lights turn right then 1st left(across 192) bang, your in the corral car park, it was cheaper to do buffet bfast at golden corral, than eat in disney restraunt at all star movie resort, it was a bigger choice and worth every penny, plus whilst you are there, when you come out get a voucher book, and you will save 10% next time you go, some people don't do buffet's, which we didn't until we found the corral, because its usually busy, they have a fresh fast turnround of food, anyway try it for yourselves, i promise you won't be disapointed.
All the best Bigcol. :pgig:

If we don't have a disney meal booked we tend to buy some croissants from a supermarket and eat them on the way to park opening.

Sometimes we ate at the onsite foodcourt. we did one character breakfast and the rest of the time we had cereal in our room which we ordered from gardengrocer for delivery. It was easy to pick up milk from the onsite shop. :)

We grab a quick snack from the food court if on site or if in a real desperate need to get to the parks then a coffee and pastry do the trick once we've arrived.

Only stayed on site once at Pop and didnt rate the food court, ate there once in the evening and didnt like the fast food paper plate thing also thought it was alot dearer than on the 192, but we had a car so it was very easy to get off site i wouldnt recommend it if you dont though.

Hi,
One person down to foodcourt to bring brekkie back to the room
May go offsite when later starts such as TL and BB
One of the perks of being on-site is the convenience, so if you're visiting a park that day then I'd suggest eating at the resort or in the park rather than going miles out of your way.
I often get up first and bring breakfast back to the room from the food court while the others shower. Other times we'll all eat at the food court en-route to the Disney bus, or sometimes just get a snack in the park. That said, the parks aren't really as well set up for casual breakfasts as the resorts, so the choice there can be a bit limited.

DW & I used to go to the food court to get the breakfasts and fill the refillable mugs each morning while the DD's fought over the bathroom. It meant no one was hanging around waiting for others to get ready and we could get to have a full day in the parks after having a good breakfast.
Having said that I used to manage to find room for a snack around 11:00am :erm: :d:

The only thing we didn't like about PORS was the food court :(
We drove to Crossroads every morning (10 -15 mins max.) and to the Sizzlers there, for quiet, clean, cheap & bountious breakfast. :tounge:
Head past DTD on (your left), turn left at the WDW gate entrance T junction, and its a couple of blocks down on the right (and so easy to rejoin the opposite carriageway afterwards too, to get back) :thumbs-up

We would just have some toast for breakfast, snack in the park then dinner offsite.

Last time we were there we were up early and had breakfast at WCC in WL then were off to the park, not needing much else until a late lunch :) missing the rush ;)
It varies - I often don't have a huge appetite first thing but am raring to get into the parks (particularly if they have EMH) - always have coffee in the room and maybe get some toast/fruit from the resort counter service place.
Sometimes it's just coffee and a muffin around 10am and then a counter service lunch. Othertimes we eat an early counter service in the park. Just decide on the day and at the time
In Pop (where, as mentioned the food is naff!) we end up having toast or a pastry for breakfast.
We are thinking of going next year & will probably nip to Crossroads for breaky & get something fromthere! We can't face the food court anymore! LOL!!!
