:wavey: Do you get a better exchange rate when you shop with a credit card in florida?

We use a Nationwide credit card in Florida as you get the banks rate of exchange and you don't get charged for using it abroad. We think its the best option out there:wavey:
most card providers charge about 2.5% per transaction for currency conversion. As said by Leanne, the Nationwide card does not charge this

The rate you get on your credit card is the interbank rate which is always a few cents above the tourist rate (which is what you get when you change cash) Provided you have a card which charges no fees or conversion charges you'll get a better deal using the card.
