signing in

i have had to register as nanlin because for some reason my linnan dibb will not sign in???? have tried to check passwoed it says will email with dertails and i havent had one could you pleaser help??

I replied to your email yesterday, if you haven't received that email then you will need to check your spam filters incase the emails have been deleted!

can not find email can find email when i fill in form to request password for nanlin but not linnan can not sign in with linnan ???when i put password in it says not valid please help
