My birthday is on Oct 29th and we want to leave on 31st (as its always really busy at the weekends) but would like to catch the fireworks too.....any advise would be grrrreat :thumbs-up

Elaine - we were there last year for the start of halloween - there were no fireworks whilst we were there, but they were doing the candleabration each night to celebrate the 15th Birthday. The decorations were amazing though it was much busier than it had been in Feb half term

We stayed at the Hotel New York last year. We avoided the park at night on the 31st for 2 reasons, it was mega busy, also as we had 2 young children with us (some of the costumes bordered on really scary). From our hotel room we could see the fireworks (after 12pm). Also I think an extra charge was applicable for the Halloween party.
