When I try and view a video from ITV or from some web sites, I can get sound but the screen is green :confused2
It's a very strong green square that seems to cover any susequent pages I open. I can get sound but no picture.
It doesn't happen on everything as I can play youtube - no problem at all.
Any suggestions?

These videos are they played through Windows Media Player? Just thinking if they are would it be worth downloading the WMP again and hope that that sorts out the problem!! (I have'nt got a clue just throwing ideas about that i would possibly try!!)

Thanks Kes that problem sounds exactly the same as mine I'll try following the advice.
I downloaded the media player again yesterday in the hope this would work but it didn't.
I'll keep trying though.
Thanks for the replies.
H :)
It sounds more like a CODEC problem. If you dont have the correct codec installed then you will only get sound.
Some popular codecs are DIVX and XVID. Do a google search for them and install them. Then try again.
