Has anyone stayed here? Is it ok?

I have booked a couple of rooms for the night before me and my parents fly to New York. We were getting a lift down and then having a taxi to the airport but unfortunately that has fallen through so now I will be driving down and booking parking.

My question is this: Do I have to get back onto the M4 and drive to junction 2, get off and come back to the Heathrow turn off or is there a back road so I can cut the motorway out?

Any help would be much appreciated.

The Eastbound was a nightmare to find! Even using my Tom Tom I couldn't find it and still don't know how I got there. :confused2 It forced me into London to be able to turn around to get back out towards Heathrow. There is no back road that I could find but there is at the Westbound. I have stayed at both the West and East and would have recommended the West. I wrote a review on Tripadvisor recently recommending the West for accessibility and facilities. The rooms are standard at both but the East didn't have a Moto if you were looking for a cooked breakfast.

No point worrying if you have already booked it, although when I was there a few weeks ago I heard someone asking to be moved to the Westbound as the east didn't have anywhere for breakfast and they made the change no problem.
