Villa wanted - must be close to Disney

My family and I are looking for a villa for 27th Sept 2008 - 18th October 2008. Hopefully discount for 3 weeks stay?


Must be near Disney (6 miles or less)
Must have high-speed internet
prefer free phonecalls but not essential
Must have at least 1 large tv
Child friendly
Would like a basic grocery pack on arrival if possible
Would prefer carpetting in living area instead of tiles
Private pool
pool alarms and safety fence
carbon monoxide and smoke detectors


Minimum of 3 bedrooms but don't mind paying for bigger villa if it has all or some of the above!

I know we sound very picky but we know what we like and what is important to us on our hols!! :d:

prefer free phonecalls but not essential ALL FREE INC INTERNATIONAL UNLIMITED
Must have at least 1 large tv WE HAVE LCD LARGE SCREEN
Child friendly WE ARE LOADED WITH KIDS STUFF.
Would like a basic grocery pack on arrival if possible
CAN BE ARRANGED ALTHOUGH WE ARE 2 MIN FROM WALMART SO MOST PREFER TO DO THAT!

Would prefer carpetting in living area instead of tiles
WE HAVE NO CARPET AS WE DECIDED IT WAS MORE HYGENIC WITHOUT.
Private pool OF COURSE
pool alarms and safety fence WE HAVE DOUBLE ALARMS> BOTH THE REQUIRED SORT AND OUT ALARM SYSTEM TALKS SO YOU KNOW IF THE DOORS GET OPENED AND WHICH ONE,
carbon monoxide and smoke detectors ALL VILLAS MUST HAVE SMOKE DETECTORS BY LAW AND FROM JULY 2008 IT WILL BE LAW FOR CM DETECTORS TOO.
