Orlando Jewellers

DW is thinking of buying a ring when we are next in Orlando and we were wondering if jewellery is good value. i.e. dollars for pounds as other goods.
Has anyone bought jewellery in Orlando and where are the best shops?

Zales and Whitehall were quite good when we went last! And it was a LOT cheaper than here!

Yes really good value, we went down a differant road via abazias.com and read up on what makes a good diamond etc and i picked out my stone and setting and they put it together and we went to gainsville to pick it up which was a couple of hours drive. When we got it valued it was to be insured for 3 times what we paid for it ;)

DH bought me an 18ct yellow gold eternity band with 1carat of diamonds in Helzberg diamonds in the Florida Mall. Had it valued for insurance here and it was valued at nearly 3 times what he paid for it.
