Hi, where would you recomend 2 18 year olds and 1 19 year old to stay self catering near disney or paris city. We want to visit most things in paris like eiffel tower, lourve, arc de trioumph sorry about spellings etc but also want to visit disney, was looking at Residhome Prestige Val D'europe apartments which is a cheap train ride to disney but i am wondering is it as easy to go to paris for the day from here to take in the sights or would i be better staying closer to paris.

Just want to know

1.Would all these sights be done in a day.
2.How would i get from Paris (Beauvais) Airport to Residhome Prestige Val D'europe.
3. Was also looking Marriott Village d'Ile-de-France

We have just been to Disney Paris but we stayed in a Disney hotel. We went into Paris for the day, we got the train at 9.30 and it took about 40 mins. We had a few changes going to Paris but none coming back, it was about 14 euros for a adult. We went up the eiffel tower and then got a train to the arc de triumph, here we walked up the road to it and caught the train back to Disney. If you need any more info I will do my best to answer.

Good luck with planning
Julie

We have been to DLP a few times and have done the excorted Paris excursion twice now - though both times have been different. If you stay in a Disney Hotel the reception can organise it for you. The tour has included a trip on Seine (a great way to see all the sights), also we wnet up to the Eiffel Tower and walked around Paris which is sound a beautiful city very ornate and the architecture is fantastic.

I gues it depends on what your priorities are this trip. We have stayed in Paris and gone out to Disney for a day for each park. The train runs late back into Paris. We stayed for the fire works in Disneyland and got a taxi from Charles de Gaulle Etoile to our hotel. This time our priority is to do Disney properly so we are staying on site. If your main idea is to see Paris then stay in town and go out to Disney.
I havn't do self catering, but if you are looking for an inexpensive but good place to stay try The Campanile Hotel in Bastile.
If you do stay in Paris buy you Disney tickets before you go.

I can recommend Marriot D'Ile de France. It is a lovely resort.
