2/3 day tickets for Disney

We only want to do 2 disney parks plus blizzard beach if it is open next time we go. Just looked at disney's website for the ticket prices and have I worked it out wrong or is it cheaper to buy a two day park ticket and then a water park ticket separately?

On the website 2 days in parks $139+tax (no water park inc)
1 day at water park $39+tax

if I buy a 3 day ticket to inc the water park $253+tax?

So the first tickets cost $178 and the second lot as above, have I got this right?

Your calculations are correct but the 3 day ticket will give you 3 days entry to the main parks plus 3 visits to the water parks etc for $265 (plus a free upgrade to a 5 day ticket at the moment!)
.. whereas your 2 day + a 1 day ticket will only give you a total of 3 days entry (2 main + 1 water park) - that is why it is cheaper :)
