Here's my provisional itinerary for our forthcoming holiday - please let me have your views and all comments will be much appreciated. Bear in mind that this will be our 2nd visit, so we have already done most things once and have also done Boggy Creek. Our first visit was in Dec 2001.

Any comments ? Thanks

looks good to me, my only comment would be that we never manage anything except sleep on that first night, but it may depend what time your flight arrives, we got into MCO at 5:15 but didn't get out of MCO until after 8 :( I think Sanford is much easier, even with the longer drive.

The Margarita's at Mexico are definitely on the list (we actually missed Mexico at Epcot last time and it's supposed to be one of the best "lands").

We found that swimming was fine in our December trip, so I'm expecting late January to be OK for water temperature. We've only been to Wet'n'Wild before but the days we had there were perfect.

We should be getting into Sanford at 3pm (local time), and the drive down will be easy, so I think there will be time to go out in the evening for a couple of hours.

I'm certainly not going to stick to this rigidly, I'll only use it as a guide and we may change things round a bit once we get back "into the swing".

Wow, lot's in there!!!!

You mentioned ice hockey, I have been to watch the lightning play at Tampa but is there a more local team and do you have a web link?

Thanks.

Hi Jonathan & Sarah,

The ice hockey team is the Orlando Seals. They play at the TD Waterhouse Arena in Orlando, here's a link to their web site -

Orlando Seals (http://www.orlandoseals.com/)

I'm already thinking of swapping around 27th and 28th because SpectroMagic is on at MK at 7pm followed by Wishes at 8pm - we could just "hop" from AK on the Saturday but sometimes it's easier to just stay in one park. SpectroMagic is only on Tuesday and Saturday and we missed it on our first visit.

Hi Margaret ! It's going to depend on stretching some finances to a degree, and seeing what the children want to do most. We'll see !

Thanks for that, one of our old players (Bracknell Bees) is now playing there. I'll have to plan a trip.

Thanks again.

I'm familiar with the Bracknell Bees - we used to live in Basingstoke and followed the Bison for a while. The son of a friend of mine used to play for their junior team.

Looks good Steve, Dave's Ski School is great (although it was 1992 when we went there) they managed to get all 4 of us (7, 9 and 40) skiing by the end. You also got a go in the rings (very uncomfortable).

We also love KSC so agree with that one as well.

I am also familiar with Bracknell Bees, DH's family live in Bracknell (we used to until we moved 14 years ago to the south coast)

We're definitely going to do Clearwater now instead of Cocoa Beach - the Sea Screamer speedboat has swung it for me.

And I'm toying with the idea of the southern Boggy Creek airboats (we went to the East Fish Lake Camp in 2001), you're supposed to have more chance of seeing Gators here. It will really depend if we have time to fit it in - it's already looking busy, but I'm sure we'll cope
