Probably a completely dumb question, but as my 3yr old isn't far enough advanced to sign his tickets (unless you'd count a huge scribble on the back of them!), I assume I do it for him?

Also, should I photocopy the backs before or after we sign them?

Sorry if this is really stupid but it's so close now my brain's gone into complete meltdown!

Yes you do sign for them, I think its older than 12 not sure from memory, also copy them after you have signed them, if only to show you have done what you are meant to do.

My daughter , who is 9, was allowed to sign the back of her ticket, but we never copied the ticket, as each ticket has a number on it, which is relevant to you, so if it gets lost WDW can track it back to you. :)

Thanks for the replies.

Think I'll sign on behalf of DS then get the all copied so we have a note of serial numbers etc... just in case.

Some of us always signed DGD tickets for her. Last year she was 7 and signed her own ticket never had any problems. :mickeywal :pd

Just to back up what mrs rcch said, a colleague of mine forgot his ticket but his DW had hers. They had resigned themselves to pay for a day ticket as they only realised this after parking the car at MK. They however explained the situation at the ticket booth and had a replacement issued without any problem. They knew the ticket numbers were sequential and their "system" had a record of the ticket and his id. :thumbs-up

Having said all that there's no harm in taking copies because like most large organisations I guess that you may not always get the same level of service from everyone.
